A pilates studio in Bursa: take a breath in Balat.

Pilates is an exercise approach built on the principles of breath, control, centring, concentration, precision and flow. It focuses on quality of execution rather than the number of repetitions. Exercise options and equipment can vary with the class content.

The easiest way to turn pilates into a regular habit is to choose a studio that's easy to reach. BAM Stüdyo, at Balat Mah. Çiftçi Sok. 7/D, offers a pilates option that fits into the daily pace of anyone living in and around Balat.

Class format (private, duo, group), instructor guidance, equipment (mat or reformer) and class times that suit you are the key things to compare. At BAM, Pilates and Reformer Pilates are offered as separate classes.

With your free trial class request, we'll talk together about which type of pilates suits you. You're not expected to know all the movements beforehand; in your first class, you get to know the equipment and basic movements with an instructor.
